Steel Cut Oat Bread
Oh man, what's better than fresh bread on a rainy day? We made Susan Spicer's Roast Chicken last night and if you're going to have a great chicken sandwich you need great bread.

Jerry has pleaded with me long enough now that I am back to bread baking again. Last week, Rye Bread and this week Challah. It's a lot of work and you have to hang around all day, but there is nothing quite like the smell of a freshly baked loaf or two!
