An Afternoon Delight in the EBBS

It's amazing, but yesterday was the first day in several years that it never even dawned on The Great Plotnik to post a blog entry. In the morning he had to do a recording of Hy Tek Brown, computer consultant to the collective cosmos, saying: "Uh...hello, Ump...God One. I'm Your Biggest fan!" This will not make sense to anyone.

Then he had to get something ready to read at a rare afternoon session of TIAPOS, to be held at Mississippi Motorhead's new home in the EBBS (East Bay Beyond Smokeland), but before that Plot and Duck had to drive to Urban Ore (is Plotnik the last person in Northern Shmal to discover this marvelous place?) to hunt for a used door. They found one, too, a Victorian relic which was cheap but will require Ducknik to repair and strip it before it can be used to replace the one in front of the basement.

He COULD have posted a blog entry when he got home, except that the Plotzers just happened to acquire MANNY RAMIREZ and that took up all the rest of the day. This will make sense to almost every Plotnikkie, except for Domin-Nik.

Here's some photos from Motorhead's house. Both Chef Pickle and The Great Sparker were there, rare appearances of both in the same place at the same time.

Man, that dollhouse in Motorhead's gorgeously wild backyard: can we think of anyone who would love playing around in there?

"This will not make sense to anyone." - Are you psychic?

Wow. Manny in blue. The Dodgers should go for it and throw in Bonds. That would be one entertaining team. Toss in Milton Bradley and I'd fly down there just to see them.

Isn't BZ a little too old for a doll house? (Although I don't think there was a picture of it, so maybe I'm assuming a bit much.)

Oh wait - that was the doll house in the top picture, wasn't it? I take my comment back. Who wouldn't like playing around that?

Wow, Eric seems to have moved up in the world since the Tenderloin writings that I recall. In fact, you must all be doing quite well now--living the writer's life, complete with weekday afternoon salons.

Your photos about 233 times better than mine. Please forward the ones of Ms. Q Parker, the women writers and Eric at the BBQ. Then I'll leave you alone. I do NOT need the Manny R. picture, but thanks anyway. I think Manny and Jeff Not-a-Motorcycle Kent will get along just fine, don't you?
That was a great day yesterday!
