The Great Plotnik

It's A Ton of Work to Run from Pharaoh.

Man, this is not an easy process. Briskets to brown and braise with stewed tomatoes, carrots to braise with ginger and lemon, spinach to de-stem, matzoballs to prepare and refrigerate until tomorrow, chicken soup to skim and cook down, little potatoes to turn over to SN, cucumbers to peel and tomatoes to dice and dressings to make and sauces to simmer. And then there's the shankbones and broiled eggs and parsely in salt water and apples/honey and zillions of other preparations, and cleaning the house, and preparing the table. All this for 9 people? The Great Plotnik's mother and grandmother used to have 25 or 30, and so did Debbie. TGP will never take Passover lightly again.

I can't wait for the full report of your very first Noe Valley Sader. I'm sure that those great hostesses started small. Right? of course right! So is that 9 with or without Elijah?
