Back from El Capitan Canyon

The Plotniks have returned, and they're good and tuckered out. The drive to El Capitan State Beach was 5 hours on Friday morning, and five more this afternoon, but the trip was worth every second. The above picture is what Plot calls 'camping.' Note the wooden (not dirt) floor, the beds (not sleeping bags), the electricity (for coffee pot). Tell you all about it tomorrow.

"We really roughed it out last night. We stayed in a Motel 6 with a broken TV remote."

Actually - I think that is a perfectly civilized way to cross camping with comfort. I'm anxious to here where this place is and more about it - it sounds very interesting.

Sigh...

Replace "here" with "hear." Replace "very" with "stunningly very."

This looks do-able! Even kinda appealing. Are dogs allowed? Waiting to hear more!
