We're On the Mend in The Big Bagel
Plotnik got sick Saturday night and slept most of Sunday. Ducknik got sick Sunday night and was pretty sure she would expire, but she didn't. Today everyone feels better. Hopefully, The Great Dancenik still will be able to get together with everyone on Tuesday night.
Isabella is the only one who seems unfazed by this monster. And she hasn't gotten any less cute. Her new favorite walk is with her hands behind her back, not unlike the way all the Hasids walk in Crown Heights. But that's not it. Belly doesn't want any parent to hold her hand when she walks because she's a BIG GIRL.
BZ came in Saturday afternoon and went back to Providence Sunday afternoon, hopefully smart enough not to catch whatever everybody else has.
If Manhattan is The Big Shmapple, Brooklyn is The Big Bagel. It's such a waste to have a queasy stomach in this town.

Wow - that's a lot of cream cheese to choose from!
I love the hands in the back thing - that kid's smart (and going to be trouble).
You will all be better just in time to fly back and get some other nasty bug.
Are those ALL bagel spreads?
I'm going out for a bagel now, thank you. Martha's Coffee will have to do. I rarely partake of white bread anymore, but woman cannot ALWAYS live by brown breads alone.
Isabellybutton continues to look cuter than a button.
I seem to recall Richard Nixon with his hands behind his back walking the same way... :-)
