Minneapolis on Monday

Drove Bz to MSP airport at 6am, then JJ at 5pm. In between Plot and Duck walked through downtown St. Paul, did a ranger tour of the Mississippi River Recreation Park Area, drove up to the Capitol (yawn) and basilica (yawn) and then down Summit Avenue, far above the river, where the city's elite have always lived, and then down into a little valley to see the little house where Duck and JJ's grandparents lived. A weather-beaten house is still there, but no one is quite sure whether or not it's the same weather-beaten house.

Tomorrow we'll go visit with Aunt Alice one last time and then return the car and kill time doing one thing or another until it's time to taxi over to the Amtrak Station in St. Paul to catch the 11:15pm train west to Montana and Plot and Duck are off on their own again.
