Honest but Compassionate

Last night, Plotnik saw a play he didn't love from a theater company he likes a lot. As a rule, he doesn't like to criticize small theater companies unless the play is really, really bad, and this one had one great act and one not great act. If that's going to happen, you hope it's Act One that isn't as good as Act Two. Not so here.

Jj-aka-pp, who works in the theater, long ago told Plottie what to do, and that is to be honest, but compassionate. That's what we're going to do. Here it is.

Meanwhile, the floors took a major, major step this weekend. It may be true that the Plotniks' Home Improvement Method just took a hard left at the intersection of Disaster and Common Sense, but there is now a light at the end of the puddle of polyurethane.

That was a good review - positive but made it clear that there are some issues. I'm really curious about the Silent Night thing.

The floors took a major step, but it is not clear in which direction. Was carpeting involved?

Aired? ok, I know you are new at this, but aired?Something that airs...that's a broadcast! A play is staged or premiered or seen or presented or....ok, I've made my point. Otherwise, an honest and compassionate review! :-)
