Jumping for Joy, San Gennaro and the Knight in Shining Armor

The Plotniks are home! It's hard to believe that only yesterday The Great BeezieWeezie was jumping for joy to finally be showing Plot and Duck some of her favorite places in The Big Shmapple. This little Brooklyn boardwalk in DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges), facing Manhattan, was one of those places.

It made The Great Plotnik happy too.

...to say nothing of The Great Ducknik and The Great BZWZ jumping together.

Last night The Great Dancenik met the Plots for dinner at her favorite spot in the Village, and she was right. The food at Mary's Fish CAMP was really, really good.

While drinking wine and waiting for a table out on the street in front of the restaurant, BZWZ accepted Dancenik's shoe offering.

After dinner, the three Plots and Dancenik walked over to the San Gennaro Italian street festival, where the merchants put tables out on the narrow street, turning each hole in the wall Italian joint into a sidewalk restaurant, even when there's so little room on the sidewalk that a parking meter has to sit between two tables.

Sausages and peppers, swimming in grease, probably smell better if you haven't just eaten an enormous dinner half an hour earlier.

OK, just to keep you from suspense, here is the promised photo of BZWZ with her Knight in Shining Armor:

Love the jumping Plotniks...what did you eat for lunch? Great fun last night and yes, the sausages look every bit as disgusting today as they did on a full stomach last night. PS. It's Mary's Fish Camp(not Shack), just in case your readers want to find it.
