The Borrowed View And the Observant Cat

Plotnik's uphill neighbors sold their house, but the sign is still up and no one is living there. This means the grounds are to be surveyed by all neighborhood cats. Plotnik was taking a picture of the borrowed view from the vantage point of his Snow Pea Plantation when he saw this guy looking around.

Later on, Plot took a whole pile of Ancho and Guajillo chiles and an old piece of brisket from the freezer and ended up with Chile Colorado con Carne. Fresh tortillas, salsa and some crumbled requesón should do it up nicely, plus the heaping tablespoon of Chilote smoked chile just to give it some cojones.

Don't worry. It's brisket of beef, not brisket of cat.
