Brooklyn With Meatballs

BellyBone's upstairs neighbors, Cenaya and Alex, have befriended their younger buddy. The three are so cute together it's hard to keep from cracking the shutter. Meanwhile, earlier this morning Plot, Duck and BB took the bus to the Brooklyn Children's Museum, which was the first children's museum in America, and has to be the best Plottie has ever seen. Duck enjoyed herself too, especially in the water room, which does make sense, being a duck.

Belly also picked Ducknik to play drums with her, which probably makes a little less sense.

Last night, Plot and Duck picked BB up at day care, then walked her in her stroller all the way to Amarino's Pizzaria on Vanderbilt Street, where Belly and Ducknik ate pizza while Don Plotti got himself a bowl of spaghetti with meatballs.

Then this morning Belly helped make blueberry pancakes. The production was long and the payoff, well, they took a long time.

Last night at bedtime, the two hard-working family members called from their, uh, work hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico, about to go out for a leisurely, uh, work dinner and have a few, umm, work cocktails. And BZ called from Minnesota. Belly even talked with Mummy Plotnik while she (Belly) was taking her bath.

Plottie and Duck are working themselves back into Little Kid Watching shape. Is it bedtime yet?

You got spaghetti at a pizzeria? I guess that's OK, but you could have had pizza!

Belly and the neighbors are so adorable together.

Just another day being full-time parents, right?

Playing the drum wall, Duck and Belly look like they are auditioning for "STOMP"
